Interior questions

Anyone installed the "easy to install" headliner from Mid 50's? Was it really easy and did you cover it with something before install? Also the same question about the rear wall cover from mid 50, without a tank. Never done any interior work and was wondering if this is something I can do. Thanks

There was a thread a few week back on installing the headliner; do a search. The back wall is pretty simple. The issues guys mentioned were having to trim some of the headliner to get it to fit and it wasn't perfect do a search for headliner install to locate the thread. below are some of the posts from another thread.

The headliner from Mid-Fifty is a RodDoors product. I have one in my 53. It is easy to install, but be prepared for some shortcomings. They don't fit well on the front corners, seems like they could leave a little more material so that it could be trimmed to fit instead of short. And the mounting tabs on the sides, be prepared to break at least one of them off during installation. At the moment mine is still bare, I was just trying to cover the insulation, will start back on the interior "someday".........
