brake issues
Hi guys I searched the tech thread and also the super-duty thread and didn't see anything that would get me pointed in the right direction.
I have an issue with my brakes hanging I thought it was a caliper issue so I replaced them (napa parts) as they hung up. now with not even 10000 miles on them I am experiencing the same thing again. it takes the inside pad down to metal and leaves the outside pad more intact. I am lubricating and making sure the dust boots are on the slide pins. Am I just that unlucky with calipers or am I not doing the brake job correctly? any help would be great I am looking at 2 new rotors, possibly calipers if thats whats causing it and pads front and rear I want to correct the problem for good. This stuff is to expensive to be replacing at 10000 miles at a time. thanks in advance for any help.
