Rocker Arm Adjustment
I think I read somewhere that the 6Liter doesn't have any rocker arm adjustment because the engine has a hydraulic cam following system...
Can any one confirm? Do the push rods stay slightly loose until the engine oil pressurizes?

the only way a pushrod will come loose is if you have a lifter losing its prime.being able to turn them is normal, but if youre getting up and down movement i would replace all the lifters, and check for wear on the pushrods and the rockers.
