when you look behind & above the glove box on the passenger side there should be an auxiliary fuse/breaker box up there .if it is not there then you don't have the wiring harness for upfitter swithes, goodluck, Gigger

I had mine done before I took delivery at the dealer....i was going to do it myself however they said I needed a complete wire harness that came in a seperate box and it was a 1 1/2 hr job. Not sure if you have the complete harness or not. Hope that helps somewhat.

HELP! Please give me a better description than "It was buried"? I just spent two hours outside in the cold digging, twisting my body into shapes that a 60 year old shouldn't be able to and couldn't find that F'n PLUG! I even used a 6"X8" mirror and lots of light - still NO GO! Any better description would be a great help!!! Thanks in advance...

its a bitch to get to but if you stick your head up against the gas pedal and look straight up you can just see a grey plug it has a dust cap in it but it is almost over the radio in that area its there on all sd trucks you are going to sratch hech out of your hand beacause you can only get one hand to it, I would give you a hand with it if you lived close to maine.

Thank you... I'll give it another shot on a warmer day! It's funny - everything else, I located - the holes to bolt the relay box to, the hole for the ground wire, the feed through wires, etc. Other than that damned plug to tie the whole thing in, I'd have it made!

Thanks again for the reply!

On my '08 it was strait up from the steering column, just shine a flashlight up there it is close to the top. I tried to put the relays where they said but it was impossible to get the screws to line up so I just zip tied it up there.
