its happing again engine quit
I have had the 96,351 engine to spit and spudder no power and just die. If I let it sit for awhile it will go and run fine until next time no Cell light I ran the codes last time came up lean on left bankl. I cleaned the throttle body last time has been running good for 2months. while pulling a hill(mountian) it will miss at about 1500 rpms until I put it into passing gear. any help???

I really haven't pulled the codes this time it is doing the same as last lean on the left bank,
tune up last summer new wires ect. with the things you mention above would that cause it to intermitently miss ?

how do you know its the fuel pump? did you check fuel pressure at the rail?
if it is the pump you have 2 options. drop tank and replace or do a search on here for fuel pump access panel. this would show you how to cut a whole in the rear floor area to gain access and then turn that into a hinged door for future.
also be sure to buy your pump from Ford. it will be complete and a far better product.
