1972 ford pedals???

Ive got a 1972 ford 250 4x4 that has a manual transmission and I bought a 1974 F100 2wd with and automatic that I want to use the cab and put it on my 72 chassis. Will I be able to take the pedal assy. out of the 72 and put in the 74 auto cab or do I need to find a pedal assy. out of a 73-79?

Welcome to FTE

1968/72 F100/350: There is one brake & clutch pedal.

1973/79 F100/350:

There are TWENTY TWO different brake pedals, SEVEN different clutch pedals and NINETEEN different power brake boosters, I kid you not.

When making this kind of swap on 1973/79's, whatever the master cylinder/booster is from, the pedals must match it.
