Swapped the p/s pump from my parts truck to my 76 and now it actually has effortless steering.

Probably should've painted it up and made it nice first, but I'm more enthused for function than pretty at the moment!

Installed new shocks

Installed new rear shocks today thanks to PO's crappy lift job. I didnt catch it before but PO never accounted for the shocks angle into the mount after the lift, and never installed rubber bushings in the old shocks. The washer worked its way through the hole and/or was never even installed, and as I hit a speed bump on my way to work the shock dropped from the top rear mount to the road and started dragging. I know its fixed right now!

Did not do anything except look at it , and also made arrangements to have my reverse lights fixed, but yesterday I got the dash lights working, also the washer's working, to add to the long list of other items like all new brakes from the the proportioning valve to the wheels... hoping to have the safety inspection done by early next week so I can drive it for a couple of weeks until it's winter home in a climate controlled warehouse... not to bad for a 1973 f100

I looked under Ka'Bluey and realized I need to reseal the rear differential. Apparently it sprung a leak in the center section. ....oh well.

Oh, and the water pump started peeing all over the driveway in my Dodge. It's been a great week for having multiple trucks on the road.

I DID get the clutch and bell housing painted and assembled for Uncle Jesse's truck. Also painted the trans, so that will probably end up in the truck next week. One of these days I'll get them all together.

Courtesy lights/puddle jumpers

I have a red f150. My courtesy lights are 18" LEDs strips driver and passenger side. Plus one foot LEDs under the doors for puddle light. I love
Everything glowing red. All my dash is red leds

Copied an idea I saw on here for painting the grille inserts. Quite pleased with it.
