Today after work I came home and found my new steering wheel and kit waiting, brought gages home from work .... so tonight I did the installs.

I love this wheel. Grant #332 about 14.5" diameter, 4" dish at face, 5-1/8" dish face to seam including adapter.

Oh yeah, wife tried a new recipe too .... that was great as well!

Spent another 7 1/2 hours sanding and getting my NOS doors ready for primer. Getting closer to priming the whole truck and then paint.

I like loud pipes.! I've been looking at these too.

I took mine for an evening cruise. I dig this truck. Made a list of "things to do" for it tomorrow.

Mounted my new coil on the inner fender, also working on cleaning up more wiring, and re-routing wires. Removed the old coil.

Oh yeah, and I noticed a nut on the starter solenoid was loose and attempted to tighten it and broke the whole top off the solenoid. So I went and picked up another and installed it and re-organized the wiring running to and from it.

Just a couple pictures of my work in progress. Wires will be cut and shortened where needed and re-routed where possible.

Final layout might take awhile, I'll be doing a head, cam and intake swap soon so Im not in a rush until that is all finished to go much further with the wiring. Everything is tidied up and secured to run as is without issue. I have a TFI coil connector coming in Tuesday that I will probably put on. Update when I get it on. Pardon the dirt, shes a driver and sleeps outside.

Why is there a cap on you vacuum advance instead of it being hooked up?

Nothing significant, a new 300-6 fuel line
A fuel gauge on the 66
A new filter for the 66

I was getting pinging with it hooked up, so unhooked it and run it mechanical now. 14 initial and 34 at 2800ish. Cuts some of the clutter too.

Past few days Ive built my brackets and installed the master cylinder for my hydraulic clutch conversion, and just tonight installed all my dash wiring and installed the dash and new radio.

Sat in it for a while and pretended to drive it. Sadly no pics, keep forgetting to bring my camera to the shop

Finished installing these bad boys. Happy with how they look, jury is out on output for a week or so till I get back home to the truck, but I doubt they'll disappoint.

Lights look good! I would be investing in a new tie rod if I were you.
