I gave her a big hug and then we drove to work together with my dog. Pretty much the perfect morning.

Warning: The video you are about to see is graphic in nature. It may make you have an adverse reaction, Do NOT try this at home. Elmer and I are what you call pre-fessionals.

Did a first start of my re-re-ringed 302 with a Edelbrock 1405 bought off eBay for $85. We about blew the engine up!!! We took the carb all apart cleaned the sucker up and I put the secondary butterflies on the opposite way the shoulda been.( I'm an Eeediot) I thought I put it back the way it was... but...

Both butterflies should dump toward the center of the manifold hole. Sheesh! Note to self Take pictures before you teardown and reassemble. How embarrassing.... but thrilling to hear the roar. Thats what they call a 3 second %^&*()_ break-in down in Rio Linda.

Not on my truck but I spent about 4 and 1/2 hours pulling these bad boys off of a 2000 Explorer to be put on mine! Along with a cam swap it should give me a few more horsepower over the smog 77 heads that are on there now. lol

The explorer engine was super clean inside. The oil looked good and the antifreeze was bright green. It had an inspection sticker that just went out this year.
