it's a 460, dont think they still ran FE's in 79. still needs some odds and ends, but i'm workin on the sheetmetal right now. Hope to have the cab painted and back on sometime in May, would be a nice birthday gift to myself

 

sounds good. I dont know if they did or not. the valve covers looked like 390 valve covers from the front

 

pretty sure the last year you could get an FE was the 76 model year. 77 they switched out the FE's for the 351m and 400.
