Replacement parts - v10 exhaust manifold

New Excursion owner. V10. Getting ready to do the broken stud removal project. Read all the posts and wondering about the preffered replacement exhaust manifold gasket and studs ? I was thinking about using Ford OEM parts but can't find any part numbers anywhere. Dealer wants $ 200 for a set of gaskets alone.
Also, should I use stainless studs or will this cause issues with the stock manifolds ? Some think stainless will break due to heating/cooling cycles.
Can anyone help with the part numbers or best place to purchase FORD OEM gaskets. Thanks in advance

Here is what I did:

https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/8...s-project.html

For gaskets I used Fel-Pro which was $17 for the set, and for bolts I used Grade 10.9 (metric grade 8 equivalent) M8-1.25 x 35 Flange Head bolts which I got off Amazon.com for $25.

It's been a year and all is well.

No need to remove heads.

got ya. I am currently working on my 2001 f 450 super duty with a v-10. leaking exhaust manifold on drivers side. with further inspection I find 3 bolts are broke off on this side and 4 at least 3 are broke on the passenger side. so far I have had 1 stud come out of the passenger side and the rest are breaking very rusty situation. Keep in mind this is a work truck. all this makes for a great rainy Tuesday

i dont know your monetary situation but i took my EX v10 to a local muffler and head shop and took them the new studs nuts and gaskets and they removed all my broken studs surfaced the heads and put it all back together for 400 bucks. well worth not spending a whole weekend on it and sticking a rag in the gas tank and lighting it on fire....
