misfiring again

last week my truck (01, 5.4L) was misfiring so bad to the point where the engine light was on and i had cyl no 3 code read. (replaced all plugs and cleaned all coil packs and boots about a week prior to this) So i pulled no 3 plug and it had some water on it around where the boot goes. cleaned it up and all was good. until today, it started missing again. no engine light yet. im going to pull no 3 tomorrow and see if i have water again. Any suggestions on how to keep the water out? And any ideas where it might be coming from?

Replace the coil on plug boots and put some dieelectric grease on the tips of the boots where the spark plugs goes in the boot. This will keep the water out
