That should be a ball joint axle-
You will need to lift your truck a few inches to clear everything, the pivot brackets will have to go, and use a drop pitman arm, but the leaf springs should just line up and work properly. The best route would be to get the springs from the donor truck and also take a good look at any frame differences.
