Any more ideas
did you clean the MAF and reset the ecu?

How do you clean the MAF?

Here is pics of what i pulled from the passenger valve cover(on the left) and what i put in its place(on the right). No difference in how it runs at all.

you can clean the MAF with electronics cleaner (can get at radio shack) or maf cleaner from any autoparts store.

those pics look like a breather valve.

the only other thing that i could suggest that could effect idle would be the IAT sensor in the intake
but having said that after replacing all those other parts did you reset the ecu?

yes see what happens tomorrow after the computer relearns the air/fuel trim etc.
if you can, do a couple of wide open throttle spurts and then lift and engine brake off an exit all the way down to idle.
hope it works for you...

Folks there is only 3 ways to get a high idle condition.
1. Throttle is not closing all the way.
2. Iac is not functioning properly Ie: stuck open
3. Massive vacuum leak

1 The throttle closes all the way in my driveway(have no way to check while driving down the road) I can snap the trottle and the RPMs do not drop.
2.I am thinking that is the problem but there is so many things that control it.
3. I cant find any vacuum leak w carb cleaner so i think i ruled that out
