Hey, often FICM failures are related to weak alternator / battery.

Do yourself a favor and have that whole system checked.

If you want to unload your old FICM, let me know.

Hello Sixty9cougar let me know if it fixed your issue. My FICM is bad as well and cost $500 bucks to replace.

Since I've had the new FICM the truck starts like it should. No running rough, white/blue smoke. Its like a whole new truck.

Thanks for the feedback. I am going into the shop on Monday for new FICM and 6 and 8 injectors. I have 156,000 on the truck. I will let you know if it worked. Did you have it reflashed or programmed as well?

New FICM's are blank so to speak when new. So your dealer will flash your truck with the newest update during the replacement. My new FICM ended up costing my $700.
