Got a few Questions.

First off are there any like big diesel meets or anything out in the wyoming area? i live in missuri right now but will be moving to wyoming to start start school at Wyotech June 28 of this year.

Now a few ? about my truck. Some of you all say i cannot be running 30-40psi of boost on stock injectors. Are there any numbers or anything on the top of the injectors if i were to pull the valve covers to tell what injectors i have? Do any of you know were there is a wrecked f350 with a 6spd and everything to do a swap? my trans needs replaced and i really want a six spd due to less problems aside from a clutch when building more power out of my 7.3. My gf wants me to keep the auto so she can drive it but i want a six spd. i just got done swapping a spd into my buddies 99 5.9 cummins and i think ive drove it more then him lol.

Whats next? i have the 6637 filter mod done, a garrett ball bearing turbo, 4" turbo back exhaust to stacks and a 140hp ts chip.

well first off i'll say you should have went to nashville auto diesel college because nashville is an awsome place and swamps loves to hire kids from there to work part time. and if you have the desire to swap in a zf-6 speed by all means give it a whirl, it's your hand doin the shakin, but i'll keep my bts. what's next? the sky is the limit or your budget. some better tunin, sticks, hpop just whatever you want.

You do have gauges, right? I'd agree better tuning would be the next step, especially if you upgrade injectors since you'll need the chip re-burned for that.

You'll also need to modify your floor pan since the hump in the auto isn't big enough to fit the 6 speed.

On another tone - if GF is a keeper, then you better give some thought to what it takes to keep her. If she is worth it, do what it takes to keep her, even if it means to keep the automatic. A 6 speed won't make much for a warm bed and companionship.
If the handshaker you want is worth more, then maybe she isn't worth keeping at all.

How much better is it driving your truck than riding a bicycle? It's kind of like that. You could also send your TS chip to Tony at total diesel performance and just let him re-burn your chip with some good tunes. There's several here who have had a TS chip re-burned by Tony. They can tell you the difference.

ya i am going to get it re-burned i figured my trans would have crapped out along time ago and when i was getting a trans i would send it off. i hate to do it while im still driving it that trucks a pooch with the chip shut off. and also my truck has a boost fooler on it but if i run upper 30s for boost my service engine light comes on. and sometimes the motor de-fuels itself wat causes the light to come on and stay on for a min or two? and the de-fueling?
