Wheel Noise
whatsup everyone, my to front tires have made a noise that sounds like they are bouncing terribly i put new shocks on it and that helped, i put new ball joints as well and that helped also, but the noise is still there i have not changed the tie rod ends yet. ford told me the gear box is no good but i have no problem driving it. what can i do to fix this? i know nothing about suspension parts.

Could you front tires just be cupping and sound like a helicopter? Once the tires start cupping they are noisy and there is no cure. Did you try putting the front tires on the back and back on the front to see if the noise transfers to the back?

thanks for the replies, it did this with 2 sets of tires the set it had was beyond gone it has brand new tires with maybe 5000 miles on them. i need to have them rotated any way. ill try that any thing else. could bad tie rods make a noise
