Need help to make up my mind

I have a 1985 f150 2wd 302 efi automatic

looking into a 300 carbed engine from a e150
want to know what is needed to do this engine swap and to connect this to my trans.

Besides the exhaust, fuel setup, and engine controls you'll need the engine perches and mounts from a 6 cyl truck.
