Unplug everything all of the drives from the powersupply, so just the motherboard and video card are getting power (CPU fan as well, but unplug the case fans).
If it starts then, at least through the bios, then it might be the powersupply if there is too much load with all the drives. Is this a new computer that you just built? or one that was working and now isn't?
If just built, check to see if the power switch is plugged into the correct jumpers.

Only 4 screws holding the motherboard in? Yah there should be more than that! Might have to check that there aren't standoff that aren't being used, and are grounding out something on the back of the board. This forum probably isn't the best for asking about computer problems, I know of another one with some very knowledgeable computer people you might have better luck asking there: LITTLEBLACKDOG.COM :: Index

Wires from the switches to the switch header on the board would be one of the things I would check.

If it was working and just stopped without adding something new, my guess is the power supply or something in BIOS got changed.

Joe I learned the tricks about seperating and then reconnecting connectors when electrical things stop working from computers.

More than once I have fixed dead computers by unplugging everything, then hooking it all right back up.

Same thing works on vehicles many times.
