hypermax chip is this a good one???
I am going to buy a hyper max chip for my truck well i am thinking of it but i am going to buy it new. it is a hypermax i think its the 1705 chip tuner. i am juts worried about will the way it is tuned, it has almost the same mods my truck has but not exactly, the guys says that this chip does not change the timing so it will be fine. Another thing i am worried about is if this is a good chip to use??? this is the link to th same one that it is. The guys wants 145 for it, this ine dude sold one used for 60 bucks shipped so i dont even know if it a good deal???

superchips is a pretty generic tuner for our trucks. You will notice a difference, but if you want a good chip that will work much better with your truck, go with a php, dp, or tw. Jim at rosewood diesel has a good price on php chips for our trucks. If I were you I'd save a little more cash and go that way. You'd be much happier.
