Anyone know where I can order PROGRAMMER!
I've tried to call Inovative Diesel to order my programmer with custom tunes 5 days in a row
. And no answer, well does anyone know of a another place I could order from??????

why dont you just order it from innovative. they will call you and get the info they need for the tunes. or you can send them an email. when I ordered my tunes from them they called me the very next day to get the info for the tunes.

I have tried Inovative Diesel for 3 days as well. All of their voice mail boxes are full and e-mail has not been returned. I need support for something I already bought. For now I would not recomend their services if they are still in business.

It's very unusual for Eric or Ted to not respond in a timely manner unless something catastrophic has happened. It's just a 2 man operation and well worth the wait for tunes Mark. If you were closer I'd take you for a ride and you'd understand. Send an email and leave a voice message if you haven't already. They DO return calls.

I recieved my tunes from them yesterday. I know they had last week off and i'm sure they are backed up. I just kept calling. I can't wait to try out the tunes!

I heard back from them today as well. The snow had them shut down for a while and they are trying to catch up.
