fuel rail pressure

Got a 99 4.0 that threw a check engine light. Fixed the problem, but while troubleshooting checked my live data with my scan tool. Had a long term fuel trim way high (at 22). Checked my fuel pressure at the schrader valve on the rail and had 65psi. I know the older Rangers have 35psi, but have heard that the newer ones have a higher pressure on the rail. I was wondering if anyone knew what the fuel pressure should be?
