help with vin number

help with vin number
I have tried several times to run the vin and it keeps telling me it's an invalid number. The vin number is 1FMDU15N0FLA80791. I figured it may be wrong so I went and looked on the door panel and the number is right but it looks like there could have been a number or something before the 1. I don't have a titile to it so I can't look on it. Does anyone have a clue? Thanks!

Its a gasoline-using 1985 Bronco with a 302 (5.0) V8 assembled in Michigan, USA. THIS VIN CALCULATOR had no problem with it.

Axle gearing can be determined from the tags on the axles themselves. Transmission gearing you will have to research if you want to know what each ratio is for the transmission in that truck.
