OK, so I already have a 4 " lift, new Bilsteins, new slotted brake rotors & pads, new 33" Mickey Thompsons on the way

So its time to get into the details of the suspension

Is there a polyurethane bushing kit for the Ex ?

Does Hellwig have the best sway bars ?

What are the best steering dampers ?

What other bits wear out that I should look at replacing or upgrading ?

Energy Suspension makes a front swaybar bushing kit for the 4WD F250. It fits the 4WD Ex, except the bar mount bushings need a holesaw applied. Not sure which bushings you're looking for. Hope it helps.
