I just got back from an interview at Clifford Performance. He was showing me the new Redline throttle body injection, computerized for any 300!! I'm in lust. Forty % more power on my truck--with ANY CAM--would be ... sigh... soooo nice.
He showed me the program for making adjustments on your laptop. One person driving, another sitting with your laptop and adjust the mix at any and all rpm's.
So guys, please send me your donations so I can purchase one and write about it. Supposedly it offers super performance AND mpg. My girlfriend said no! Uh, the girlfriend of the injection? It's all about setting my priorities.
Remember the donations.
I also have to say that the dual intake with twin Webber 2v carbs with progressive linkage would work until the injection system arrives. REALLY nice!
MS = mega squirt, after market injection controller, I believe programable and stand alone. Your warning come to late and I have to clean the screen and key board. Great pics. Thank you
It is the 43-3024 Ford 240-300 Weber Triple Side Draught Intake Manifold
with the Clifford/Redline Weber Triple Side Draught TBI System #08-7030. At one time they had the system listed on their web site but I do not see it anymore. I can find the mani but not the TBI. It would most likely not produce as much power but should be more streetable. Also it would look real cool in my Roadster. I have been meaning to call them but I am in the middle of trying to get the engine/trans set up in the frame.
man if this is for the EFI 300s i want one...depending on the price id do that over a mega squirt system...and with the built i want to do one of the two might be necessary...stupid SD

Jim
haha they make those for EFI? i would love to replace that big ugly hunk of chit on top of my engine..i dont know how well that would work with mud and water in the engine bay, and what about filters haha
My 309 is going in to an FFR Roadster so hopefully no mud and water in the engine bay at least not in excess. There are filters/screens available for the Weber's. The system F-250 restorer shows is most likely to tall for my plans. I am trying to make my kit some what period correct... Multi Weber inline six like the Bristol AC Ace. BTW I do not think it will work with the EFI exhaust manifolds.
