1999 F800 help needed.

1999 F800 help needed.
I am having a problem with my F800, it has a Cummins 5.9 engine, I was sitting at a traffic light and it died on me and would not crank. I have found there is no voltage on the fuel circuit. Anybody know what could make this happen? My guess is that it is either a fuel shut off switch or a sensor that is? But i dont have a manual to track it down. I know ford put shut off switches in their smaller vehicles but does anyone know if they did it with the Heavy duty vehicles? or where it might be located?
