cheap mud tires?

I want to get a set of 35-37 inch tires for my F-250 for when I SAS and lift it. As always, I'm on a budget and looking for a good deal on some mud tires. I could care less about their road manners, as I will also have a set of street tires for my truck, but i need a set of tires that are cheap and have good aggressive tread. I also wouldn't care if they're used. I have heard about retreads and looked at tires such as bias ply humvee tires and ground hawgs. I want to know what a good tire is for the money, what it will cost, and where/how I get them.

thanks!

So does 406yj on pirate4x4, his start at $65 for 90% tires. And his shipping is really cheap.

simple....create an account on pirate.

For cheap GOOD mud tires Id go with 35" LTBs, SXs or boggers and probably in that order. Reason: LTBs are better than SXs and most trucks dont have the power to spin boggers how were designed to be spun. High horsepower...boggers over LTBs every time for mud only.

I was looknin at some cheep sets of 2 or 3 or just single tires of LTB's, SSR's, TSL's, and boogers on craigslist. There's some pretty good deals on there, I was looking at some ads for like 50 bucks for a pair of 36's or 37's awhile ago. The problem is I would either have to piece together a set of swampers or pay the price that some people seem to think an old set of mud tires are worth for a set of 4.

account on pirate??? oh jeeze. I spend enough time on FTE as it is without having to deal with those big meanie 4x4 gearheads over yonder at pirate...
