I would aim for the cheaper one if you don't need all the adapters the more expensive one provides.
Someone who has one will chime in as to whether the 40 bucks is worth all the extra adapters. I need to get one of those sometime. Tired of leave the hubs locked all winter.
I got the silverline and love it. Its a nice heavy duty piece, much better then the plastic version my brothers destroyed. The case it comes with is handy too.
I vote for the Silverline. I have had mine 20+ years and just now need a kit for it because the valve is leaking. That reminds me, I need to take it apart. May just be an O-ring.

Maybe you can use the Mityvac to find its own leak?
I believe I got mine at autozone for 30. that's the plastic one. I used it to bleed brakes on another project. Didn't think about using it on the vac lines for my hubs. Now I have a another project to do.
I opted to pay a tad more to get it sooner. With the Amazon "Super Saver" shipping it could be up to 2 weeks before you get it. If you're not in a hurry that's great, but it was worth it to me to pay a little more and not have to wait. I ordered mine from Tool Topia through Amazon.
