Purchased the 1965 Body/Interior Assembly Manual from Jim Osborn Reproductions, states on the cover pages its an 'official license product'. As 1965F100 noted LMC, or most Ford part suppliers carry them. Can purchase directly from the source, Jim Osborn Reproductions, item # AM0116, $21 very helpful when it came to reassembling. Also suggest including the 'wiring diagram manual' item # MP0366, $7 found it invaluable in tracing electrical problems.

Well, I can tell you to install the 2 inner bolts on the lower valance to the grill before you install the grill. (do them as one piece) and bolt the horn to the outter rad support before you put on the grill, once the grill is on the horn wont fit between there.
