cruise control problem

cruise control problem
hello
i have a problem with the cruise.
it always works fine till now.
if i turn the ignition in the first step, the brake ligths glow up.
i have tested it with a multimeter and it is 6 volts.
if i removed the cruise module they go out.
i have tested al the stuf that the shopmanual discribe.
i have chance the module with 4 others.
i have chance the actuator and
the pad in the steeringwheel.
did anyone know what it will be?
