im restoring a 74 ford f100. Ive had the cab and frame sandblasted and ive bought rust free doors and front fenders. I wired wheeled the front fenders and the drivers side door down to bare metal and have primed them.My question is do I continue to stripe the old paint off or just sand and prime over the existing paint. All I have left is the passenger side door to finish.

The rule that I was taught is that if you have the original paint, just sand it down smooth and primer over it. If it has had multiple paint jobs, sand it down and start over. But I do agree with Johnboy, since you have gone this far already, might as well finish.
