Somewhere under the dash, on the drivers side, there are 4 relays that I can connect to. I have a feeling from the description that there is not an actual wire supplied by Ford, I supply that myself when connecting up wahtever it is I connect
Ford does supply stub wires for you to connect your applicances. They are on the drivers side, under the steering column. This document explains how to find and utilize the upfitter stub wires: https://www.fleet.ford.com/truckbbas...tml/Q117R1.pdf

I guess you're right, although the drawing in that document sure makes it look like something different. I edited my post above to avoid confusing anyone in the future. Best I just let the document speak for itself. Thanks for correcting me.
