replaced starter with reman one from parts store now my first start of the day it stars great if go to store or friends and truck is off less then 20min it strugles to turn over if it sits b20min or more starts great again can anybody sugest what the problem may be

take it back, it is "dragging" when hot, shouldn't do that especially since you don't have headers that may cause high heat, which could cause the same issue
I replaced 3 until I quit having that problem, mine was a lifetime warranty from Autozone and been on there for 4 years, with headers, no issues
actually had better luck with having starters rebuilt locally, until the guy retired and closed his shop, never had rebuild issues from him
