vin decode 65 &Trans question
Iam new to FTE ,I bought 65 f 100 long bed i plan on restoring .The truck is in good condition for its age cab mounts,floor,fenders ,hood ,chassis.the bed is rough side caved in floor rotted out . Question for Number Dummie? Trying to find out how "original"the truck is :F10DK613983 WB 129 Color JM Model f100 Body E81 Trans G Axle 07 DSO 54 172 hp@4000 rpm gold valve covers There are no cooling lines to the radiator but, there is a hose running from lower radiator hose to transmission then back to block .Did they cool transmission this way back then? thanks for help

There are no cooling lines to the radiator but, there is a hose running from lower radiator hose to transmission then back to block.
Did they cool transmissions this way back then?

The codes for the COLOR, MODEL, BODY and etc will be found on the Warranty Plate, located on the left door face below the latch.
