I blew my headlights out again...I thought i had it all figured out but i guess not.. I bought a new voltage regulator but i have heard they can be junk even brand new. The lights pulse. Just wondering your ideas
It's most likely an issue with ground, take a wire brush and clean the mounting surface for the voltage regulator, check and clean your other grounds as well, be sure you have a ground strap intact between frame and engine, frame and cab, etc. you can never have too many grounds.

I agree 100%, I also put a little dielectric grease on these connections too! I know it can be a frustratung / aggravating pull your hair out when you can't get it figurd out, but I would try that and see how things work, and good luck with it.
PS: I have mine working great, but then there is that one time when I pull it into the garage and have the lights on I see a little pulsation, then the next ten times it isn't there. I have several ground straps, and wire bushed the heck out of it, and use the dielectric grease, so go figure!!
