Tire Size Help for 2wd F250 1974 camper special

New to the forum, I love this place already. So many questions have been answered. I have searched high and low, and cannot find any post that has a similar setup to mine. Any help is appreciated.

I have a STOCK 2wd 74, F250, SuperCab, Camper special. It currently has the original 8 lug 9.50R16.5 tires. I'm looking to get these replaced.

I'm wanting to get 17" wheels and run 275/70R17's. My question is, will it rub without a lift. I have not leveled the truck, it has coils in front and 3"leafs in the rear.

Any help is appreciated.
