Thanks for the welcome. I have been lurking around here for years, reading and learning about Ford Trucks. I have owned a few, going back to my first being a 66 F100 like Bills. I would love to have that truck today.
I live close to the Border and have to deal with all of those issues. But I love Arizona. Beautiful country. Most folks don't see much in the desert, but if you take the time and look, it's amazing what is out there.
We took the grandkids up to Mt Lemmon last month, and it made me a bit homesick for east Texas where I was born. I love the smell of pine trees in the morning.

Indeed! I get tired of hearing "there's nothing out there" or "it's all sand." The desert really is an amazing place, especially after a nice spring rain. Then it really comes alive!
