Elderberry extract is a start big immune system booster. It is one extract listed for H1N1 virus, by natural healers. we have used it all winter & neith of us have had anything. Infection, drink collided silver.
We have cured an e-coli infection in Vici's leg that was resistant to all but one anti-biotic with Apple Cider Vinegar, Collided Silver, DMSO/Aloe. The culture just came back yesterday. not yet, got some sleep last night, double shot of NyQuil some Tylenol some nasal spray. woke up this morning so stopped up I couldn't breath. right around zero for energy!

Good afternoon everyone. Had a great motorcycle ride to Hawthorne today. Cool leaving here but sunshine & in the 60s in Hawthorne. There is a slight chance that we might be warming to average seasonal temps. But I'm not getting my hopes up. Two more weeks here in Fallon & we will be back in Lovelock. I'm ready for the change & I know Vici is ready to not commute every day.
