erratic idle 2000 5.4

ihave a 2000 5.4Ltr F-150 when the engine warms up and goes into closed loop the idle will go from 800 rpms to 1100 rpms every 2-3 seconds and goes back down just as fast no codes present any ideas?

Replace the IAC valve & gasket.
