rear calipers keep locking up!

rear calipers keep locking up!
A year ago both rear calipers locked up (pistons jammed) within a week of each other so i replaced them 6 months later the drivers side locked up so i replaced it. Tonight the passanger side locked up so i will be replacing it tomorrow. Is there somthing im missing here or is this a common problem? When i say it locked up i mean that when i pull in some were i get out and i can smell the brake and then i notice the smoke bellowing out. please help!!!
