Windshield wiper headache...
I've got a 2000 f150 that has been having issues with the windshield wipers. The high and low work, but the intermittent will only go up a little at a time, and they also don't "park" after you shut them off. I replaced the wiper motor thinking it may have been the switch on the motor, with no change. I then cleaned the multifunction switch, although it looked clean and seems to click nice and tightly, again no change. Then somebody told me it could be the governor? O'reilly's has the governor for 113 bucks, but i don't even know where it's at on the truck, and don't really want to spend the money if that's not it either. Any suggestions?

Well i solved my own problem, it was the park-run relay under the hood. I found a website that details how all the circuits work to run the wipers and it pointed me straight to it. Here's a link to it in case it helps anybody else out...
