at lunch today I took a drive to look at a parts truck,an 88 150 4x4,need a few pieces for the bronco I'm building.after looking at the truck I noticed a fair amaount of dentsides in the yard.while the owner was talking on the phone I walked over to an old cab sitting on the ground and looked inside,there was the non-tilt manual steering column with a sport steering wheel on it.
I waited until he got off the phone and asked him if he wanted to sell it,he said $40 I said sold.took it out of the truck and had a better look at it,the wheel is in perfect shape,leather is solf and no marks in it,horn button isn't cracked and seems to be complete.figured I couldn't go wrong for that price.I'll get a picture up here tomorrow.

thanks,as soon as I saw a picture of one a year or so ago I wanted one,but the prices I heard they go for detered me,but this one I think is the right price by a long shot.

seeing as I had no cash on me yestarday I went back today to pick up the wheel,I called when I was on my way and the guy said yes and about that wheel and column,I said yes,he said I would like to keep the column its the only manual 4x4 one I have.
I said no problem and paid $10 for the wheel.shame haha
