HEADERS AND CAMSHAFT
Hello All,
I am rebuilding a 460 to go into my 1978 F150. I have two questions.
1.What name brand, type, make, part number header will be good for this application? As Ford didn't put the 460 in that year no one I have tried has a listing.
2. Has anyone used the Comp. Cams camshaft for the 4X4. They call it there Torque Monster Duration intake 234, exhaust 244, Lift intake 564 and exhaust 570. What I want is a cam with a lope but has some low - mid range pulling power.

HEADERS AND CAMSHAFT
Try L&L for headers, just got some for mine, they have full length fenderwell headers and shorty inside the frame headers. Excellent quality. L&L and Hooker swap headers are the only choices for some 460 into 70's pickup swap.

I have never heard of L&L. Are they online, have a catalog, or just phone?

They have a catalog but I dont have one now, they also advertise in the mags, dont have a web site thay I know of.
