Cab to frame question.

Welp one of my buddys gave me a 1984 F150 4wd frame with a Engine axles transfer case on 35 inch tires only thing it needs is a bed and cab. I was wondering if i could put a Newer model cab on it if it would bolt up? like say a early 90s or late 80s model cab? Would appreciate some feed back. Thanks!.

80-96 F-150's and 80-97 250/350's share the same cab and bed mounting pattern.

?? The light duty f250's still used the same cab and bed.

I think he mean 1997 F-250 Light Duty which has the same bodystyle as the F-150 of 1997-2003.
