water pump leaking?
I was driving my 97 f350 today and noticed a squeeking noise, I thought perhaps the serpentine belt. Anyway, I got home and after awhile noticed a pudddle of antifreeze under the truck. I checked it out and It looks like it was coming from the lower front of the engine around the top of the oil pan area. From searches I have done sounds like it might be the water pump. When the weep hole starts leaking is this about the area you would notice it?

Just got done fixing that problem. When you get the new water pump, make sure to be careful taking off the water neck that houses the thermostat. Those little suckers break way to easily. I found out the hard way. Good luck. If you have any questions, the guys on this forum know everything and are loads of help.
