well i got my new WARN lockouts today. $74 bucks for the pair, and since the one side on mine was good i am keeping it as a spare. putting it in a bag, and setting it in the tool box. Also, lifetime warranties are the best thing for any part on a work tuck 
If your out and about when something breaks, limp it to the store you got the parts at, get a new one, and borrow their tools and do it in the lot. haha, done this too many times...
