If they are 16 inch rims yes. (On edit, I also assume you mean 215/85/16?)
Variables, if they are split then you needs tubes and liners, also you would have to double check the width of the tire to make sure there is no rubbing.
Thanks for the replys. I just need some tires so I can move the truck around a bit. The tires that are on it are just in terrible shape and won't hold air and I spied these tires on used regina for $80 for 4.
make sure you double check to make sure they will work on the 4.5's when i put tires on the 53 my 215s on the front needed a 7" wide rim to fit minimum, there should be charts on the interweb for tire sizes that will fit what size rims or go somewhere like kal tire and check it out they will have them fo sho
Technically your supposed to have a 5inch or wider rim.
So technically if you were gonna use the tires on the rims long term, you should technically get a wider rim. Running a tire thats too wide on a narrow rim will cause problems like handling, wear etc. But it should be fine for what you want it for.
But yeah, Chris is bang on, there are lots of charts on the web.
Bare in mind I didn't really read your specfic numbers. But I had to replace the rims on my 1969 because they were too narrow for a new set of 16 inch wheels. (or maybe the tire shop just scr#@$ed me I dunno) lol
