Not sure what you are working on, but for this question it doesn't matter. No wire feeds the tan/white wire fuse. The fuse is fed by the buss bar in the fuse box. Depending on the year and model, the fuse box is fed with one or two large power wires with fusible links or mega fuses from the underhood fuse box. There is a group of fuses in the fuse box fed by these wires, and the other group is fed with a large wire from the ignition switch. Some fuses are powered all the time, some are powered only when the key is in run.
