88 f-250 help replacing brake shoes

Do I need to remove axles on 3/4 ton 8 lug to do this THANKS !!!

you should have a sterling 10.25" axle which allows the drum to pull right off the hub.

if the drum doesn't come off make sure the parking brake is not set... DO NOT hit the parking brake when your drums are off. just a heads up
