Anodized Aluminum

Does anyone know of a way to restore or at least brighten up anodized aluminum. Thanks to all that reply

try eastwood,they have many products just siuted for this purpose. I have had limited sucess with a mild solution of baking soda and lots of water and a soft brush just for general cleanup.

You can remove it with spray on oven cleaner. Then polish it to recover the shine. If you want, you can "clear" it, or just keep it polished after that. Without the Anodizing it will need more attention.

Anodized Aluminum

I used a product called WENOL it comes in two kinds, I used the blue tube and a small buffing pad connected to a drill. Takes some time but worked great for me. Good Luck
